Ouch... sounds like someone forgot to monitor the fish during the bath... or got the salt levels wrong???

Duh... should have twigged when it said it was a "tuna" operation.... although they were actually "kingfish"... no salt bath... obviously...

Was a "hydrogen peroxude" bath to rid them of parasites... well actually 4 seperate baths....

Hydrogen Peroxide is a "mega" oxidising agent... they either got the concentration wrong big time.... or didn't aerate enough...

Are there other companies with plans to farm Bluefin? These tuna are being overfished and it would be great if the efforts to farm them works. Its really sad that Clean Seas have had this incident, if the company folds it will be a real blow for sustainable fish farming.
