Purple Carrots

From our local fruit shop we purchased some purple Heirloom carrots.

We then decided to take the carrot tops and see if we could get them to go to seed. We started them indoors and once they were growing, transplanted them into the GB.

It won't be long until we cut the umbrells to dry them!
