    Default Future of Food

If you have 3 hours spare (in 10 minute segments if you like as this video has been cut up) this is a really interesting series I just watched which was made by the BBC last year. Very interesting, very scary. I'd like to think it wasn't true but there seems to be more and more information pointing to the fact it is:

    Future of Food BBC

Aquaponics is one way to help solve this.

Yeah, for anyone interested it's in part 3.6. Shame it's such a tiny piece, it's also not entirely true. Stirling university in Scotland has an aquaponics system although I guess that since this was filmed either last year or the year before the system there may not have been operational. I need to take a trip there one day if they accept visitors.

It's also a shame they try and make grains out to be this really healthy food. Personally I can't eat grains they cause me all kinds of digestive problems. Also more info here
