Hi all,
I found a source for 275 gallon IBCs which cost (including shipping) about a Dollar per Gallon, (approx. 4 liters) does that sound reasonable? They are new tanks in refurbished cages.
This is an example of the kind of tank I'm looking at.

Hi ApDude,
Prices vary so much from place to place for these IBC's It is largely a matter of the best you can get for the price. If they are new I would be happy to pay that all day long.....others may see it differently.
I have just purchased some here in Brisbane....they have had acid in them which will rinse out just fine. They cost me 150.00 each. I am happy with that.
A few months back I purchased 3 for 75.00 each ...they looked alright but when it came time to clean them....man, I would rather pay the 150.00 each.
