    Hi Yabbies

It's great that your doing those comparisons, as for the strawberries
it must be your pH because I have a whole bed of them doing very well.
    unless you've salted your tank?.
I'm getting a punnet of large juicy strawberries every couple of days BUT they are completely bloody flavourless, thankfully I
didn't rip the other strawberries out of the ground, so when they
start cropping I will see if there's a difference. So far I'm disappointed .

I've actually gone to the nursery and bought two black Russian seedlings
and planted one in AP and one in a wicking bed to see if there's a difference let you know in a couple of months.

I've also planted some rocket seed according to my moon calendar
One crop should grow beautifully while the other should go directly
to seed. Again will let you know results.

    cheers Lou

    Hey Lou,

It'll be good to see how your comparisons go.

As far as my strawb's are concerned, I think it was the pH, they like it fairly acid.

As far as planting by the moon calender, I did read a post on it a couple of months back and recently I planted Bok-choy in my veg patch every four or five days over a month, which is what I normally do with my Bok-choy anyway, but every single batch went straight to seed. My brother had the same experience with his Bok-choy and also his coriander, we haven't seen a season like this before, but we had a short, dry winter this year over here, that may have something to do with it.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, I get the same. I'll start writing a post then have to serve a customer etc, or even if it's just a long post, by the time I've finished I have to log in again. the system must automatically log out after a certain period.

I did notice in a post Murray made a few days ago that he said a number of us log in a number of times across the day, this is why, maybe the automatic log out thingy needs to be tweeked to give longer time.
