yabs,
I have seaweed fertilizer that's .1/.1/.5, with a suggested dilution of 15 mls/litre. How often can I use this as a foliar spray??
I've been only spraying once a week, but I would think I could use it more???
Thanks

Hey Wendy,
You could spray as often as you want, or more importantly... as often as you need, just watch out for signs of tip burning or around the leaf margin.
If the manufacturer states a foliar spray dilution ratio, use that, but if not then I would make the spray solution about half the recommended dilution ratio on the bottle.
I generally only foliar feed as a short term fix when deficiencies show on the plants, but you still have to address the underlying issue ie: root zone/water temperature or incorrect pH.
I have tried regularly foliar feeding healthy plants, just to increase growth rates and yields etc. I did see a slight difference in growth rates when sprayed twice a week compared to those not sprayed at all. I didn't see any noticeable difference between twice weekly and daily sprays, so twice weekly seems sufficient.
Cheers, Yabbies.

Thanks Yabbies,
The plants are healthy, thought I would maybe give them a boost.
