Viewed diy aquaponics dvd this week a bit disappointed Murray talks about the latest auto syphon new design ok.Then goes to system showing growth over 12 months with old auto syphon obviousley an old system.Didn't take much out of this dvd as other dvd.

Well........It was filmed over 12 months, a bit more than 12 months actually, that is why there were some differences.
Over the last 14 or 15 months that we filmed there were obviously improvements and modifications to our systems.

No trick photography.

By the sound of it you watched the second DVD first and the First 12 months second.

We have so many positive feedbacks already, I guess we just can't please everybody.

Sorry you did not get much out of it. Send it back and I will refund your money...no problems.

IP address does not match claimed location.

If the person was genuinely unhappy they would have contacted me by phone or email and asked for their money back, not got onto a public place with their first post to have a little moan....strange behaviour....but it does not matter, if they/he/she sends it back we will happily refund their money.

I really don't know Yabbies. I will get Melissa to check it on Monday when she gets to work.
We have sent out hundreds of copies in the last 2 weeks since we got them from ECO Films and have ...very genuinely ....had heaps of good feedback already.
But as the saying goes, you can't please everybody.

Thanks BD, but I will leave it here. It is fine, it demonstrates very well that if clients are unhappy we are very prepared to refund in full.... and in this case....if we find out who he actually is, I will send him an Easter egg or two as well....just to cheer him up a little.

No I don't get the complainants point at all as they were two different films. One was an IBC system with an Affanan type siphon and the other featured a Maximus system and a conventional bell siphon. You can use either siphon in either system. It wont make the slightest bit of difference to the end result which ever way you go or choose. I thought Murray explained that in the section about Siphons and which one offered a better flow rate...
