I occasionally look back at the thread, & recall the trials & tribulations of my joiurney.
It has all been worthwhile & most enjoyable.

I get such a kick from going outside & collecting vegies, after deciding what I'm going to cook.
Occasionally its the other way round - the vegies give me the ideas!

I am using my produce everyday, sometimes just a bit of parsley, somedays 1/2 dozen different things.

The celery is growing unbelievably - I have never been able to grow it before & it tastes fantastic - always fresh & crisp.
Same for the mixed salad leaves - beats the supermarket prepacked bags hands down.

Tonight's pickings went into a soup & a tossed salad for tomorrow.

I have read this thread through with great interest. Today is day ONE for us- we will be laying out the first of 2 CHOP2 systems. You are are an inspiration for me!
