Blue Tilapia with varied growth rate

I have 45 Blues in a 300 gallon fish tank. I feed daily and crunch up pellets so the little ones can eat as well. I have had them in there since March and they were all fingerlings when I got them. Now some are nearly the same size as when I got them and a majority of them are 3" or more. I see the little ones getting food everytime I feed and have had no deaths as of yet. Any ideas why some are not growing but are still alive after 3 months? Thanks.

you always have larger fish in a system that are dominate so boss others. i have 80 JP and 50 barra in my FTs and have varying sizes from no growth to 3x weight gain. all went in april.
