This swirl filter is manufactured from marine grade fibre glass resins and coatings.  This piece of equipment will give good service for decades. Swirl filters are particularly suitable for the removal of large particulates and other solids from the water. Our Switl filter, Fish Tanks and Nitrification filter are made as part of a system.  The components are made with the intention that water travels from one to the other by natural flow. The only pump needed is to lift the water from the collection sump to the fish tank. This swirl filter is fitted with a 50mm sediment drain. Ingress egress pipes are 90mm.  Please specify if different pipe sizes are required.
