Access door is an excellent addition to your Balcony kit.
The access door is made from first grade hardwood timbers that are very solid.
The access door is capable of supporting a load of 100 kg, so it can double as a seat or bench top.
The safety door also provides cover for the fish by keeping out direct sunlight, but allowing air circulation.
Fish are much happier if kept out of direct sunlight.
It provides safety when there are small children in the home. A necessity I believe..
Children are fascinated by the fish and the temptations are just too great for some children.
The access door also provides a place to sit the aerator pump etc.
The access door is fitted with marine grade hinges and 4 x stainless steel fixing screws.
Access door is very strong, easily able to support an adult's weight.
Note also that the marine grade fibre glass tank is strong enough to support the weight of the grow bed and the weight of a large child, should they climb onto the tank.
Children should not climb onto the tank, but in case this or similar did happen, there is no worries re strength.
