CERES
have 6 ponds (10,000 - 20,000litres) which are all fed with rainwater from a large roof catchment. The lower 5 ponds are set up as an aquatic plant nursery - may be converted to aquaponics.

The top pond (5,000 litres) is out aquaponics pond and is covered with a polytunnel. Our growbeds (your beds and bathtubs) are located inside the polytunnel next to it and also outside. These outdoor growbeds (your growbeds) will have mini polytunnels on top (cloches). Our system is flood and drain. Beds take about an hour to drain, and 20 minutes to fill.

All up we have 22m2 of grow bed surface area, and will probably have 50kg or silver Perch. We will be growing mostly basil and lettuces for our market.
