Product Details

Vermiculite is an excellent non-packing, water-retaining material that forms the grow-media in our Seedling Raising System. If you are using raft (DWC) beds or GroTowers, the plants can happily spend their whole lives in the vermiculite-filled net pot.

The vermiculite readily absorbs the nutrient-rich water and keeps the plant roots well supplied with moisture, aeration and nutrients.

Vermiculite is a clean, sterile and inert, meaning it is perfectly safe to use in your aquaponics systems.
