Indy 11.5 Flat Pack - construction materials

The Indy 11.5 Aquaponics System is the 'younger sibling' of our flagship Indy 23 system.  It is laid out quite similarly, and uses the same materials and construction techniques, but is only half the size.

• Large enough to feed two people - about 11.5 m-sq (123 sq-ft) of growing area
• Timber-and-plywood beds, lined to make them watertight
• 2 x Media beds - the powerhouse of any aquaponics system!
• 1 x Raft bed - excellent for fast-growing leafy greens
• 1 x Wicking bed - great for root crops like carrots, potatoes, beetroot, etc

If you are looking to be more self-sustainable in your food supply - with clean, pure, organic crops - the Indy 11.5 Aquaponics System is for you!  When properly managed, this system can provide all the food needed for two average adults.

The Indy 11.5 Flat Pack contains ALL the construction materials needed to build the system - timber, plywood, liner, foam, pipe, fittings, even screws, nails, glue and thread tape!  The timber, ply, foam and liner is even cut to size for you!

The Flat Pack even includes the pumps for air and water, and a water test kit to help you cycle the system once it's built!

Save yourself the time and effort of getting all the materials and doing all that measuring and cutting!  We've done it for you!

And it can all be delivered to you in one convenient Pack, almost anywhere in the world!

What YOU need to provide to build the system:

• 3 x IBC/Tote tanks - 1000 L (250 Gal) each
• 2 x plastic barrels - 200-250 L (~53-66 Gal)
• For the media beds - gravel or expanded-clay pebbles
• For the wicking bed - shadecloth, vermiculite, compost

NOTE - these Flat Packs are made to order.  It can take several weeks between the order being made and the Pack being ready to ship.

If going overseas, the Flat Pack will need to be fumigated, which will incur an additional charge.
